Unless you want your wedding to be incredibly lame and boring, you better book a live band or disc jockey for the reception. If you think that this is unnecessary, you are wrong! Just because you and your friends and family don’t do out dancing all the time doesn’t mean you don’t need music at your wedding reception. Weddings are special occasions, and they bring out the wild dancing side in people! The last thing you want is to miss out on the opportunity to dance to a first dance song with your new spouse! The first decision that you should make is whether you are going to hire a disc jockey or a live band. Generally speaking, if your budget allows you to afford a live band, you should book a live band. Look up wedding bands in your area. Never book without first meeting with the band leader and hearing the band perform. Even if you have gotten a recommendation from a friend or family member, it’s still the best idea to sample the bands you are interested in with your own eyes and ears. You want to make sure that you like the style of music and the way the performers play together. You also want to ensure that your personalities mesh with the band leader because the band will absolutely be an integral part of your reception. If you can’t afford to hire a live band, then you should look for a disc jockey that has plenty of experience jockeying at wedding receptions. Never ever hire a disc jockey before having an in-person meeting. Lots of DJs are young kids – barely out of high school — who don’t really know what the heck they are doing. Ask for references and song lists before signing a contract. Just like with a band leader, it is critical that you get along and have an easy time communicating with your disc jockey because that person is going to have the important roles of announcer and entertainer at your wedding reception. On such a special and important day, you want to know that someone you trust is at the reigns. Whether you are getting a live band or a DJ, make sure to read the contract agreement carefully before signing it. Verbal agreements are out of the question, by the way. You need every detail in writing if you want to ensure that things go smoothly – the cost, the deposit date, number of band members (if live band), special song requests (like a first dance song, parent dances, et cetera), overtime rates, and the cancellation policy should all be included. Be certain that the date of your wedding is correctly recorded in the contract agreement, and also be sure that the contract states what time period the band or disc jockey is responsible for being ready to go at the reception site. As far as song selection goes, remember that while you can choose the music that is played, you ought to keep your selections predominantly limited to songs that can be danced to – either fast or slow. Treat your entertainment right on your wedding day. The disc jockey or band members should be seated comfortably during their dinner break, and they should be served the same dinners as your guests. Obviously, it is unacceptable for the band members or DJ to get intoxicated at your reception, but if there is drinking at you reception, it is fine to allow the disc jockey or band members to drink responsibly. Remember: the happier you keep the entertainers, the better they will entertain you and your guests on your big day!

Make Real Money Online

make money posting links on google

Many people try to make money online and 80% of them fail. Why do they fail? Can you really make money online? Are there any secrets? These are the questions that have been asked many times over. I am not here to sell you a marketing plan or program just to educate a little.

Why do many people fail? Why do 80% or better just give up trying to make money online?

I intend to help you if I can to make money online. At least I want to point you in the right direction.

1. Find your niche – Build an online business on what is interesting to you and is your passion. For example if you love fishing than build a business based on fishing. But you would not want to do it on just fishing cause that is a big category. So, lets say you liked bass fishing so you could have a niche along the lines of bass fishing. Whether you developed a product on bass fishing or sold someone else's now you would have your niche to build on.

2. Do research – If you was trying to do anything you did not know how to do you would get some instruction and direction. Before you start an online business do your homework. There is a lot of stuff out there some good some bad. It can be overwhelming cause you have no idea what your doing. So before you buy a domain and web site do research on exactly what your going to market, to whom, and how. There are lot of so called guru's who make money selling crap that doesn't work. So don't buy anything till you know your direction your going.

3. Patience – Don't rush into anything take your time you cannot make money doing nothing as some claim. It takes planning and work. If you have a web site where your selling your own product or selling affiliate products it takes time. You have to promote the site and use keywords on search engines to get traffic. Just because you put up a site yesterday doesn't mean your done. Now your work is just beginning to plan and promote it.

4. There are no real secrets its just you have to learn how. Thats why you need to do research and planning. I cannot stress this enough there are good free e-books out there that help you get started and teach you how to market on the Internet. All the great marketeers on the Internet had to learn it too. They did not just wake up one day and make a ton of money on the Internet.

5. Advertising – Use good free advertising when you first start. Don't use expensive ads and PPC ads at first. You can spend money really quick and have nothing to show for it. So its best to take advantage of all the free ads at first. Free ads that are good are free advertising forums, blogs, set up social sites, and social book marking. Free classifieds are okay but they don't do that well.

6. Test, test, test – When you start and advertising campaign whether free or paid test your results. Change your headlines and test again till its working really well. Use free tracking programs that track all your ads.

7. Do one thing don't start another. Don't try to overwhelm yourself by starting a whole bunch of businesses when your brand new. You will just end up frustrated and spinning your wheels. When you get one thing working good than you can start another.

8. If you want to end up marketing your product through affiliates your marketing strategy must be able to be duplicated so you can teach others. If they can follow a simple plan there will be more making money for you and themselves.

This is not intended to be a complete guide to make money only to encourage you that it can be done. It just takes research, planning, and work on your part. Learn and do it.

Data Entry Jobs: Fact or Fiction? Looking for Online Data Entry Jobs to Perform at Home? Discover the Truth About Data Entry And Find Legitimate Ways to Earn A Profitable …

free online data entry jobs

04-19-2009 011 by ABPUSA.US

I have a job that allows me some ample time off. To be exact, I get three months off during the summer, a month off for most of December and part of January. Accordingly, I have time off to pursue interests. My most recent interest has been trying to establish a home-based business on the internet. After some tooling around to figure out what avenues to travel down, I decided to dive in to an undertaking that focuses on making money at home via the internet.

One of the things that I tried initially was one of those data entry companies on the internet. Basically, how the company purports itself to work is to create a system and a network for subscribers whereby the subscriber can hook up with other companies that need data entry work done. I can't recall how I came upon the particular company that I did but when I found myself at this website, I was motivated to give it a try. I will share that a tactic that this company used (and come to find out it is a tactic used by other web-based companies as well) is to hook up site visitors to an online chat with a customer representative. An added incentive for would-be subscribers like me is a money-off offer (in this case, it was $10 off) for subscribing right then and there. Of course, there was buy-in bait like “For today only” and “Limited time offer” thrown my way.

During this chat with the customer rep, I asked, “If I sign up today, will I be guaranteed a certain amount, say a $100 in income?”

The rep replied, “All I am authorized to do is offer you a $10 discount if you sign up today.”

I also inquired about getting a refund if I was not satisfied with the service. The rep assured me that if I indeed was not happy with the company and its offerings, I'd get a refund.

Being already motivated to get going and having my questions answered in what I felt was an honest way, I bit the bait. I bought in for $39.95, paying with my Paypal account.

I will admit that once I was in, I was overwhelmed by all I was presented with. My mind whirred with thoughts of “Refund! Can I get a refund?!” In doing some searching on the web, I read about others who called the initial learning curve “steep” but once someone like me got going, things would get easier over time. And best of all, the money would start rolling in. But was this true?

What I eventually found out via a work-from-home forum was that all the data-entry from home company did for me was point me to some free web resources that with a bit of digging and searching I'd have likely found myself. Through this same forum, I found out how I could get a refund because trying to get a refund by directly dealing with the data-entry company would be like pulling teeth.

I did get my refund and this is how I did it based on the advice I received from a work-at-home forum I read. The advice was to email Paypal directly and mention how I thought the practice of the data entry company was “deceptive.” Furthermore, the advice said to copy and paste specific language from the Data Entry company's website regarding its refund policy.

I did these things and, voila!, the money was redeposited into my Paypal account. Now if I had paid with a credit or debit card, I don't know how quickly or easily (or if at all) I would have been refunded.

So my advice is for anyone diving into a web business venture is to make sure the venture is legit, make sure there is a money back guarantee make sure you can pay via Paypal for ease of refund if you are unhappy with the company you are dealing with. If you must pay by credit or debit card, make sure you know how to get a refund from your credit card company in case the vendor you are dealing with is uncooperative or drags its feet.

Twisted truths about the penis can never end up well, so researchers from the Porterback Clinic and Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield and the St. James' Hospital in Leeds, United Kingdom, set out to debunk penis myths, according to LiveScience.com.

What they found out is interesting, as several truths are revealed about the male genitalia. According to Drs. Kevan Wylie and Ian Eardley's 60 years of research, they have found out that 90 percent of women actually prefer a wide penis to a long one. During their studies, they also discovered that 85 percent of women were satisfied with their partner's penis size, a huge difference as compared to the mere 55 percent for men.

Their research consists of more than fifty international research projects that deal with penis size and small penis syndrome (SPS) conducted since the 1940's. From the British Journal of Urology (BJU) International, studies show that the average erect penis is about 5.5 to 6.2 inches long and about 4.7 to 5.1 inches in circumference.

To women, attractiveness is a complex issue dealing with many qualities. But data compiled from Drs. Kevan Wylie and Ian Eardley's research suggest that penile size is on a much lower priority scale when it comes to attractiveness. Rather issues such as a man's personality and external grooming surpass the penile size issue when it comes to judging a man's qualities.

A common myth that was debunked by Wylie and Eardley's studies show that penis size does not vary according to race. Also, the myth that older men tend to have smaller penises was also found to be false when their studies were compiled together.

In their findings, Wylie and Eardley stumbled upon a surprising discovery that a majority of men are insecure about the size of their penises. Though only 0.6 percent of men have micropenises, out of 52,000 heterosexual men, 12 percent thought that their penises were too small. Another syndrome, called small penis syndrome (SPS), dubbed the “locker room syndrome,” actually affects more men than others with micropenises, which means that the penis length has a flaccid length of 2.7 inches or less.

One study suggests that this syndrome stems from various issues during the early years of childhood to the teenage years. Sixty-three percent of men with SPS said their conflicts began when they started to compare their own penis size to their peers, often times to their elder sibling or their fathers. The other thirty seven percent said that erotic images viewed during their teenage years caused them to acquire the syndrome.

The review from this penis debunking study find that penis-enlarging vacuum devices, penis extenders and traction devices rarely work. Instead, they provide the user with a “psychological uplifting effect.” Though there are several surgical ways to enlarge the penis, the surgical procedures may deter many from trying. Surgery includes everything from partially separating ligaments in the penis so it hangs further from the body to injecting fat into the penis to increase its girth. One of the most extreme penis enlargement procedures involves cutting along the entire length of the penis and inserting a piece of cartilage into it before sewing it up again. Though the techniques work, it is now known whether the patients' were satisfied with the procedures.

If patients are uncomfortable with surgical techniques, there are other methods for penis enlargement that actually work. Indian Sadhus men use weights to increase their penis length, while the Topamina of Brazil use poisonous snakes to boost penis size for six months by getting the snakes to bite their penises. All of these techniques are no less painful than surgery.

The researchers of this review say that the purpose of their studies is to provide a general summary of the many projects that deal with penile size and small penis syndrome so that clinicians have a better understanding of how to treat the disorder in the future.

1996 Rainbow Gathering, in the Irish Wilderness section of Missouri's Mark Twain National Forest by guano

A world without wires seems too many people too good to be true. There are a multitude of hurdles to enabling the functioning wireless society; the largest of these is the protocol (communication) problem. How can we make every electronic component in our daily lives talk to one another and send information? I mean, wireless routers rarely recognize each other, Cell phones shun those on other networks and every TV in the universe has a different set of codes! When would all this madness end? When would Humanity see the error of its ways and develop the industry standard in electronic communication? The answer came when a consortium in forward thinking enterprises, Lucent Technologies, Microsoft , Motorola, Ericsson, IBM, Intel, Motorola, Nokia and Toshiba, proposed and jointly developed the open specification and ushered in a new era of communication. Seven years after the proposal, its development and five technology generations, Bluetooth has enabled hands free wireless driving, talking and constant data streams between devices to exchange information in an ease which was once considered superfluous. Now you’re probably saying to yourself “Wow this sounds so incredibly amazing but aside from the grandiose semantics you’re using to describe this omnipotent technology you haven’t said much about what it is!” Don’t worry cyberspace reader, I’m getting there.

Bluetooth Networking: V.I.P. only

Bluetooth enabled devices; regardless of the generation they were born in, can exchange information over a Bluetooth exclusive network called a Piconet. When a Bluetooth enabled device comes within range of another enabled device (about 35 feet) or is just turned on, it sends out radio signals in the range of 2.402 GHz and 2.480 GHz, broadcasting its preprogrammed address that falls into a range of addresses it has established for a particular type of device, any other devices which are not connected to another Piconet is asked to join with the device and now a new Piconet is formed.

Once the networks are established, the systems begin talking among themselves. Each Piconet hops randomly through the available frequencies, so all of the piconets are completely separated from one another. For example, if you are streaming music from your Bluetooth computer to your Bluetooth headphones, your cell phone and newly paired wireless hands free device will not interfere with each other. A Bluetooth Piconet jumps through the established frequency range about 1600 times a second to avoid interfering with other networks on the same slice of frequency. So even if your Piconets do interfere with each other, the disturbance will persist for few rough Nano seconds and wouldn’t disrupt the whole network long enough to compromise its integrity. The utility of the frequency hopping is profound not only to quell disturbances between piconets but to minimize interference from any other devices on the 2.4 to 2.48 band. This band is officially deemed the International Scientific and Medical Device Band (ISM) and includes (obviously) medical devices, cordless phones, baby monitors, garage door openers and other devices too numerous to name here. So you’re Bluetooth stereo wont interfere with your grandpa’s pacemaker long enough to send him to the emergency room.

Bluetooth is a Sadomasochist:

You and your five friends get into your car and the trusted Magellan 6000t Gps is waiting for you with a listing of phones it has under its control. You’re the driver so you select “My Phone” from a screen of willing victims the Gps wants to have dominion over and you start making calls from the Gps.
This scenario is a demonstration of the “master” and “slave” networking concept of one master and up to seven slaves inside the Piconet. In newer versions of Bluetooth an additional 255 slave devices can be inactive, or parked, which the master can summon up our will. At any time, data can be transferred between master and slave at the max rate of three megabytes per second. Master and slave role is not a one way street; the role can be switched and often is. In the future (one year from now) Bluetooth specs will allow connection between 2 or more piconets to form a mega Piconet called a scatternet, with some devices acting as a bridge by simultaneously playing the master role in one Piconet and the slave role in another Piconet. This would enable the transfer of data to go unprecedented distances, well over the maximum 35 feet (for class two devices).

Bluetooth Security Features:

Those who send information over wireless radio signals must have extra precautions in place to prevent any nay Sayers from interrupting our transmissions and giving our components viruses or even worse, ads. Since Bluetooth technology is wireless and therefore susceptible to spying and remote access in the way your wifi is not very secure off the bat. The automatic nature of the connection, which is a huge benefit in terms of time and effort, is also a benefit to people looking to send you data without your permission.

Bluetooth offers several security modes:
Security Mode 1: non-secure
Security Mode 2: service level enforced security
Security Mode 3: link level enforced security

Device manufacturers determine which mode to include in a Bluetooth-enabled gadget. In almost all cases, Bluetooth users can establish “trusted devices” that can exchange data without asking permission. When any other device tries to establish a connection to user’s device, the user has to decide to allow it. Service-level security and device-level security work in conjunction to protect Bluetooth devices from unauthorized data transmission. Security methods include authorization and id procedures, limiting the use of Bluetooth services to the registered user and require that owner to make a conscious decision (usually press yes) to open a file or authorize a data transfer. As long as these measures are enabled on the user's phone or other device, unauthorized access is unlikely. A user can also simply switch his Bluetooth mode to “non-discoverable” and avoid connecting with other Bluetooth devices completely. If a user makes use of the Bluetooth network primarily for synching devices at home this mode is best when using devices in public.
Other problems like “bluejacking”, “bluebugging” and “Car Whisperer” have turned up as Bluetooth-specific security issues. Bluejacking involves Bluetooth users sending a business card (just a text message, really) to other Bluetooth users within a 10-meter (32-foot) radius. If the user doesn't realize what the message is, he might allow the contact to be added to his address book, and the contact can send him messages that might be automatically opened because they're coming from a known contact.
Bluebugging is more of a problem, because it allows hackers to remotely access a user's phone and use its features, including placing calls and sending text messages, and the user doesn't realize its happening.
The Car Whisperer is a piece of software that allows hackers to send audio to and receive audio from a Bluetooth-enabled car stereo. Device manufacturers are constantly evolving their firmware to stay in competition with these new security breaches. The #1 advice that I give you in regards to maintaining your security and consequently your sanity is to always set your devices to non discoverable, never accept downloads via text messages from people you know and turn off the Bluetooth in your phone when it is not in use.

Aside from the security breaches propagated by evil techno junkies and inane electronic advertising, which are inevitabilities of new technologies, Blue tooth has the ability to change the way you work, play, sleep, and maybe even eat.
Stay tuned for my next article on new wireless products and what you can do with them.
